Sip

Terms of Use

What Sip is

Sip is a reminder app for everyday use. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it makes no health claims. If a doctor has given you an amount to drink, that advice takes precedence over anything the app suggests.

Your licence

You may use Sip on the Apple devices you own or control, under the standard Apple End User Licence Agreement, which is available at apple.com/legal.

Premium

Sip Premium is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription and a single lifetime payment. Prices are shown in the App Store in your own currency before you confirm anything.

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. See the privacy page for the detail.

No warranty

Sip is provided as it is. Reminders depend on your iPhone's notification settings and on iOS delivering them, so the app cannot guarantee that any particular reminder will arrive at a particular moment. Please do not rely on it as the only prompt for anything that matters medically.
